Join Us at Vuori, Rush Street Yoga w/ CVDoula, Laura Lusson

Vuori Rush Street

Date: Saturday, January 13, 2024

Time: 8 - 10 am CST

Location: Vuori Clothing | 1003 North Rush Street Chicago, IL 60611

Join Vuori Rush Street for a practice that will incorporate considerations and movements specific to people on a pregnancy journey. You don’t have to be pregnant to appreciate yoga’s power to help boost your mental clarity, strength, and circulation, coupled with its ability to help reduce fatigue (we’ll be waking up together!), stress, and anxiety.

At its heart, this will be a gentle yoga practice with the intention of invigorating and soothing every person in their own mind and body. As always, options and variations will be offered.

Following the class, enjoy some refreshments by Dharma Delights and a private shopping experience where 20% of all sales will be donated to the birthworker community of Chicago Volunteer Doulas. Please RSVP to reserve your spot, and don’t forget to bring your own mat!
