Anissa' Jones
Board Chair
Anissa’ Jones is a seasoned executive in the Workforce and Human Services sector,
bringing over 20 years of strategic leadership in advancing social and economic
development. Guided by a profound commitment to equity and compassion, she has
successfully led and scaled numerous high-impact programs that have transformed
communities and empowered vulnerable populations.
Anissa’s visionary leadership and strategic insight have consistently delivered measurable results in program design, service delivery, and innovative problem-solving. Anissa’ holds a Master of Public Administration from Roosevelt University, which underpins her dedication to public service and effective governance. Through her visionary approach to economic development, she continues to foster equitable opportunities and strengthen community resilience.
Dr. Debra Hart
Board Secretary
Dr. Debra Hart is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with a distinguished career spanning education administration, organizational management, and community engagement. She holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master’s in Women’s and Gender Studies, complemented by extensive experience in senior leadership and director-level roles. Throughout her career, Dr. Hart has demonstrated expertise in policy development, operational oversight, and stakeholder collaboration across both public and nonprofit sectors.

As Founder and President of Beautiful Bodies Inside & Out, Dr. Hart advances initiatives that promote wellness, empowerment, and financial literacy. A Black feminist committed to anti-racism and social equity, she brings a strong values-based approach to leadership that centers inclusion, accountability, and transformative change. Dr. Hart contributes to the Board a results-oriented perspective, a deep commitment to governance excellence, and a proven record of driving organizational growth and innovation.
