I am a Doula, therapist, and life coach dedicated to holding space for women through some of life's most tender transitions: abortion, miscarriage, and postpartum. I believe no woman should have to navigate these experiences alone. With compassion and non-judgment, I walk beside you, offering emotional support, comfort, and tools to help you heal and honor your journey. My role is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to process in your own way and at your own pace. Whether it's providing presence during loss, guidance through postpartum shifts, or care after abortion, my mission is to support your wholeness with dignity, love, and grace.
